Omnys ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered operating system for Shopify brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly. We only collect what we need, we use it only to operate and improve the service, and we do not sell it — ever.

Account information: name, email address, and billing information when you create an account.

Store data: product listings, orders, inventory levels, and other Shopify data you authorize us to access via the Shopify API. We access only the scopes you approve during onboarding.

Advertising data: campaign performance metrics from Meta and Google Ads, accessed only with your explicit authorization through each platform's OAuth flow.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction events within the Omnys interface. This helps us improve the product.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and error logs for security and debugging purposes.

Omnys accesses Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API after a user authorizes access using Google OAuth 2.0. Access is granted only when you explicitly connect your Google Ads account.

The data accessed may include:

• Campaign performance metrics
• Impressions, clicks, and conversions
• Advertising costs

This data is used solely for generating analytics, reporting, and optimization insights within the Omnys platform. Omnys does not sell or share Google Ads data with third parties. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google account permissions page.

Omnys follows Google's API Services User Data Policy in all handling of Google Ads data.

• To operate and deliver the Omnys service, including AI-generated insights and alerts
• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To process billing and prevent fraud
• To improve product features and fix bugs (using aggregated, anonymized data)
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security alerts)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your store data to train AI models shared across customers. Your store data is used only to generate insights for your store.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, and storage services that operate under strict data processing agreements
• Payment processors — for billing only; they do not receive store data
• Legal authorities — only when required by law or to protect Omnys and its users from harm

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Store and advertising data is retained for up to 12 months of rolling history to power trend analysis. You can request deletion at any time.

When you cancel your account, we delete your store data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your settings. We use minimal analytics to understand product usage — no third-party advertising cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the service.
