Service
By creating an Omnys account or using any part of the Omnys service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using Omnys on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Omnys provides an AI-powered analytics and operations platform for Shopify merchants. We connect to third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google) via their official APIs to surface insights, alerts, and recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@omnys.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. One account per person or organization; you may not share account access.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the service
- Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond your authorized store connections
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Resell or white-label the service without written permission from Omnys
Omnys is a subscription service billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to collect for up to 14 days before suspending your account. You remain responsible for any amounts owed. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.
Omnys and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service, including the platform, AI models, design, and documentation. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights — only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as permitted herein.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Omnys without obligation or compensation to you.
You retain all ownership of your store data, advertising data, and any content you bring into Omnys. By using the service, you grant Omnys a limited license to access, process, and store that data solely to operate and improve the service for you.
We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Omnys does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
